Victoria Ann Spence, 72, of Greencastle, PA, passed away, Monday, February 10, 2020, at her home.
Born Wednesday, April 30, 1947 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Robert Weaver and the late Ann (Tedrick) Weaver.
Vicky graduated from North Hagerstown High School. Vicky enjoyed landscaping including gardening and maintaining their fish pond. Vicky was an accomplished seamstress, and enjoyed making clothing for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed making quilts and Christmas ornaments. One of her greatest joys was entertaining family and friends, hosting annual reunions and holiday dinners.
She is survived by her husband R. Noel Spence; daughter, Tammy Rider and husband Eric of Hagerstown, MD; two step sons, Robert N. Spence Jr. and wife Robin of Greencastle, PA and William P. Spence of Baltimore, MD; two brothers, Robert Weaver of Williamsport, MD and Ted Weaver of Falling Waters, WV; granddaughter, Jessica Green of Funkstown, MD; four step granddaughters, Meghan MacLauchlan of Jenkintown, PA, Emily Baker of State Line, PA, Hanna Spence of Pagoda Springs, CO and Emma Spence of Baltimore, MD and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Stephen Jenkins.
Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Services and interment will be private.

To Noel, Tammy & your family. I’m so very sad to hear of Vicky’s passing. She helped me beyond words early on. With her & her unselfish love helped me build my foundation in a new way of living.
