I was shocked to learn of Sheila’s death today. I will always remember her for her assistance in the Professional Development Center when I was teaching. I also have many memories of her as our Co-President of Washington County Retired Educational Personnel Association. Sheila was a fighter and fought bravely to regain her health when I knew her. Rest In Peace, Sheila, and suffer no more.
