I am a retired CO and had the privilege of having Mel as one of my residents. I will always remember him as a witty, intelligent, and funny gentleman that always had a big grin on his face. He used to make me laugh daily and I appreciated that because there wasn’t a lot to laugh about there. He made my job more enjoyable and he definitely made it easier. I pray that he rests in eternal peace. To Mel’s family and friends, I’m so sorry for your loss. May you find peace and strength through your time of grieving and may God give you comfort through your sorrow.
Thinking of all of you at this sad time! Remembering the good times we had growing up and our visits with your family. Praying for peace and comfort for all of your dads loved ones!
