Jim was a man I respected, looked up to, and enjoyed being around. He set a good example for all of us young Goretti guys who would come over to the house. I was pleased to see him several times during my adulthood and he was the same great guy, unfailingly, every time. He was one of the best men I have ever known. Godspeed Jim! RIP in Heaven. Thank you for the memories.

Jimmy & Amy, we are so sorry for your loss. Jim was a great neighbor and we enjoyed knowing him. Tyler and I were reminiscing recently about how kind your father was to tie Tyler's tie one evening when Mike was away on a trip and Tyler had to appear at a concert one evening. I took Tyler next door to your house and your dad happily and masterfully tied a very nice knot in Tyler's tie, which I had no idea how to do! Jim was very kind in doing that and was not disagreeable in the least. We will never forget his kindness and the kind person that he was. We wish you peace at this difficult time. We send our love to you both!
