Many condolences to the Knapp family. Frank was such a beautiful spirit; he welcomed me and just had a calming energy about him. As someone new to our industry, he made himself available to me on more than one occasion to offer his sage advice. He was an amazing person, and his presence will definitely be missed. Rest well, Frank!

I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear Frank passed. Even though I went to South High, I knew Buddy. I roomed with him for two years in college. His personality was magnetic. He spread his kindness and good will to all. Buddy was the best of us. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Donna: Thinking of you and your family. As I remember Buddy, there was always a smile on his face, a laugh and then he ‘d say something funny. I have been fortunate to know him since we started kindergarten together way back at Fountaindale school and we grew up in the same neighborhood. I regret I am unable to attend his services but want to offer my sincere condolences. May he Rest In Peace.
