Obituary

Lena Mae "Toddie" Jenkins, 79, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Sunday, June 30, 2019, at her home.

Born Friday, October 20, 1939 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles Edward Mazingo and the late Dora Lee (Hensley) Mazingo.

Toddie loved spending time with family and friends and her special canine friends. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to yard sales.

She is survived by her husband Floyd Edward Jenkins; three daughters, Debra K. Malkin and husband Steven of Damascus, MD, Robin A. Jenkins of Hagerstown, MD and Beverly M. Morris and husband Gary of Shenandoah, VA; son, Jeffrey J. Jenkins and wife Michelle of Hagerstown, MD; three sisters, Shirley Hiser, Madeline Mazingo and Sharon Mazingo all of Hagerstown, MD; fourteen grandchildren, numerous great   great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen L. Moore and brother, Charles Mazingo.

Services will be held Thursday, July 4, 2019, at 10:30 am, at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD, with Pastor Richard Daughtridge officiating.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Interment will be at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown, MD.

Lena was one of the cutest little ladies I ever had the pleasure of knowing. It breaks my heart that I will not get the chance to see her again. My sympathies to her family during this very sad time.

So sorry for your loss. I remember Toddie as a very sweet lady. I would see her when we would visit Aunt Dora. Please take comfort in the fact that she is in Heaven.
