My deepest sympathy to Dellas family in this sad time. Della always used to sit in front of me at mass at St.Anns and she would always go out of her way to make you feel special. Her smile was unforgettable and her spirt will always live in my heart. ❤️❤️❤️
I would like to extend my deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear loved one Della Jane D’Aquino. I hope you find the below Bible verse comforting during this time of sorrow. Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

To the D'Aquino Family. The primary source of consolation is our compassionate heavenly Father. I hope you can find comfort in this scripture. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 3 Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,+ the Father of tender mercies+ and the God of all comfort,+ 4 who comforts* us in all our trials*+ so that we may be able to comfort others+ in any sort of trial* with the comfort that we receive from God.+ 5

Our relationship with Della goes back to when we lived in the same neighborhood and she would dog sit our 100 pound lab. We continued to stay in touch with an occasional alteration and an exchange of Christmas cards ever year. We will miss her gentle and kind spirit. Rest in peace Della.

Dear Family of Della, My parents, Joe and June Walker, lived beside your mom and dad until 2001. I had visited Della several times after that year as I would come by that home. She is a lovely lady to recall. Sam, my husband, had know Shorty and Mandy having been an "insurance man" in the Jugtown area. And I am sure he'd shown me their home as we would ride through the lovely area. Sorry not to have been able to attend the memorial service. God bless and keep each of you.
My heartfelt condolences go to all the family for losing a wonderful, caring Mother, Grandmother, sister, Aunt and to all she touched. Mom Della Jane you will be missed, love Sharon D'Aquino

Rest in Peace Aunt Della, We will think of you often in hopes of seeing you again soon!
Most of my childhood memories have Mrs. D’Aquino in them. She was the youngest and most vibrant of all the moms. She truly was the cookie mom. The house was filled with kids as well as her laughter. I don’t recall her ever saying “no” to us. Whether it was doling out treats, driving us places or just listening to us. I remember vividly her driving a carful of excited kids to the beach in a time of no air conditioning and no seat belts. We’d arrive safely and she would set up a table with sandwiches and drinks. She sat under the umbrella and kept watch. As the day came to a close she would gather us up, pack the car and return us safely to our homes. Never once did she show anger or complain! She was the modern, cool mom when it wasn’t in fashion. Everyone loved her! She loved her family, friends and animals. She was the only mom that drove a car AND allowed critters!!!! God bless Della! Her children were lucky to have such a role model. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.

"Dear Della" was/is part of "our family" and has been for 50 years. Her joyful presence, her warmth, her sense of humor, her good nature, her simple love, touched me and all my family. Della was a special friend of my sister Vicki. It was always Della and Vicki, Denese and Kati for so many years. Both Kati and Denese were amazingly blessed to have moms that loved them dearly and whose love nurtured a fierce spirit of independence and joy; giving Denese and Kati the opportunity to be all that they could be. Now Denese and Kati are with Della again. I suspect it was a might happy occasion in heaven when Della came home to all she loved and lost in this life! I will always remember Della and the immense joy she brought into my life and life of everyone in my family. The blessing and memories she gave to us will not end. I thank God for sharing her with me.

My love goes out to the family, and all who had the honor of knowing my very beloved Aunt Della. Aunt Della was my "angle on earth". She was the most welcoming person I knew. Her love and kindness beamed. She was a rock, steadfast and strong, and the most sentimental person at the same time. The easiest person to talk with no matter what the subject. Always having a smile to share. She could light up any darkness with her beautiful sole. I know she is radiant in heaven because she was here on earth. I am so lucky to have had her in my life. She will be deeply missed.
