I was a coworker of Dave’s and just heard the news recently. I’m very sorry for your loss. Dave was always fun to work with and charismatic. Every time I hear the band Pearl Jam, I’ll be sure to think of him and his love of music. We’re all thinking about you during this time.

While our family gatherings are few and far between these days, he will be sorely missed when we see you next. You are in our thoughts and prayers. With much love and warm hugs - Jack & Cathie

Kathy, David Sr., and Audrey, I am heartbroken for your loss of David, Jr. I know you can barely believe this has happened, as I can barely believe it. I have known David since he was six years old, and always he was such a kind, caring person. He was his mother's best friend, and David Jr. was her best friend. He will be sorely missed by you three, by Kenny, Kylie and Cadence, and all of his many other relatives and friends. I send my deepest sympathy in this sad, sad time. with love, Marianne

Dear Big Brother, I just don’t know how I am going to make it through life without you! I remember when we were little I would scream or fall on purpose and say you hit or pushed me just to get you in trouble. Also the time I slammed the door in your face and gave you a black eye when u made me mad. However, as we got older we grew closer and closer. You always knew what was best for me before I knew what was best for me. You always looked out for my best interest even when I was too stubborn to pay attention. Who am I going to call now? You have no idea just how much people loved and cared about you! You were so loved as you should be you were an amazing person with such a kind heart. I miss you terribly and love you so much! Love, Your little sister

Dave, you were one of the funniest guys I've ever met. I wish our contact would've been more than a few messages on FB after you left BPD, but I will remember you for your love of sci-fi and having a good laugh. My condolences to the Morehead family.

David, you were someone I always looked up to; a genuinely kind and good-hearted person who should be an example for us all. Whether it was Star Wars, hockey, football, conventions, or anything else, you shared your love and passion of so many things with me and made a big impact on my life along the way. It is hard to think about all of those things without you there along the way. I will miss you greatly. Love, Thomas
