Carolyn Faye Dawson, 68, of  Williamsport, MD, passed away, Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the Meritus Medical Center.

Born Sunday, January 22, 1950 in Williamsport, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. Fazenbaker and the late Mildred Faye (Jordan) Fazenbaker.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years William  E. Dawson; son, Curt L. Fox & wife Melissa of Maugansville, MD; two sisters, Donna A. Chaney of Clear Spring, MD and Leah B. Funk of Fairplay, MD; two brothers, Charles L. Fazenbaker of Greencastle, PA and Patrick W. Fazenbaker of Hagerstown, MD; two grandchildren, Tyanna Morningstar and Blake Fox; great grandchild, Carter J. Morningstar; faithful canine companions, Faye Molly & Bella.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Chessie Faye Fox.

A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to , Humane Society of Washington County 13011 Maugansville Rd, Hagerstown, MD, 21740 .

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD
